Jan. 18

Overnight in the 00 block of Dot Avenue: A white 2005 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up was stolen.

Overnight at Patio Drive/North Midway Street: Someone sprayed painted on the sidewalk, a stop sign and a vehicle.

Overnight in the 00 block of South First Street.: Someone forced entered into a gray VW Passat and took items.

Overnight in the 600 block of Nello Drive: Someone entered an unlocked 2020 Volkswagen and took items.

Overnight in the 100 block of John Kirk Court: Someone took items from an unlocked vehicle.

3:43 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 35, was intoxicated and threatened the victim, with physical harm, and the victim was in fear for her safety. The victim flagged down the officer. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.

3:41 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone cut the security tag from the behind the counter and fled the store.

5:40 p.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A suspect entered a restaurant and placed an order, exited and waited until no other patrons were inside. The suspect re-entered the business and brandished a black semiautomatic-style handgun, demanding cash.

11:55 p.m. at Campbell Avenue and Highway 17: An officer heard a female screaming for help in some bushes. A man, 27, was seen exiting the bushes, and the officer determined that the man had just hit the woman, causing abrasions.

1:28 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Esther: A man, 56, was stopped for a vehicle code violation, attempted to walk away from the officer and was apprehended. He was found to be under the influence of meth and arrested. A search incident to arrest revealed the suspect was in possession of meth and a meth pipe.

Jan. 19

100 block of Sunnyside Avenue: The victim discovered that jewelry and three long guns were taken from his house. One of the guns taken was an AR-15-style rifle.

Overnight in the 600 block of Almarida Drive: A black Iron Panther utility trailer was stolen from the street.

Overnight in the 500 block of Railway Avenue: The license plate was stolen from a Ducati Monster motorcycle.

600 Block Albert Way: The victim purchased a dog on line. Once the purchase was made, he was asked to send more money for shots, kennels and other items. The victim sent over $3,000 to an unknown suspect in Texas and had not received the dog yet.

Overnight in the 100 block of Union Avenue: Someone punched the key hole on a door in an attempted to enter a locked Toyota Corolla.

4 p.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue.: Someone hacked the vicitm’s Starbucks app and spent $40.

10:59 p.m. in the 200 block of Railway Avenue: A man 42, was observed leaving a residence. The officer had prior knowledge that the suspect had an outstanding felony warrant. During a search incident to arrest, the officer found a switchblade knife on the suspect.

3 a.m. at Teakwood Drive and Barkwood Way: An officer located a white Chevrolet Silverado that was stolen on Jan. 18.

Jan. 20

Overnight in the 100 block of Union Avenue: Someone slashed all four tires on a Chrysler van.

Overnight in the 100 block of Wilton Avenue: Someone took both license plates from a 2002 gray Chevy Avalanche.

6:04 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: Five suspects attacked the victim, causing her front teeth to be broken in addition to multiple injuries to her right eye and face. The suspects threw the victim’s cell phone over a fence, causing it to break, and threatened the victim, telling her they would harm her if she called the police. The suspects stole the victim’s purse, which contained her wallet, and fled the scene in a black four-door sedan.

4:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of South San Tomas Aquino Rd: Someone stole approximately $1,200 in miscellaneous items.

Jan. 21

Overnight in the 1800 block of Villarita Drive: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole tools.

Overnight in the 00 block of La Vonne Drive: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole tools.

6:23 a.m. at Bucknam and Virginia: A man, 28, was passed out in his vehicle in the roadway. He had been smoking oxycodone and was under the influence and in possession for sales.

8:26 a.m. in the 800 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 32, was contacted after a disturbance and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.

8:35 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: The suspect “shoulder checked” the victim during a shoplifting. The victim had a complaint of pain but declined medical. The suspect fled on foot with merchandise.

Overnight in the 00 block of Harrison Avenue: Two unknown suspects entered an unlocked garage and took tools, ammunition and miscellaneous property.

Noon in the 100 block of Echo Avenue: A man, 47, parked in front of the victim’s vehicle, preventing her from leaving her apartment complex. He was placed under arrest, transported and booked.

1:56 p.m. in the 100 block of Echo Avenue:  A man, 47, confronted several gardeners who were working at the apartment complex, yelling profanity and standing in their way, ultimately preventing them from doing their job. He was placed under arrest, transported and booked for this disturbance.

1 p.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: Someone hacked into the victim’s account and purchased a gift card.

2:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Campbell Avenue.: A woman, 29, physically assaulted a victim during an argument, then assaulted a second victim who attempted to intervene. The suspect kicked the second victim’s windshield during the altercation, causing significant damage. The second victim admitted to being the victim of a prior assault that occurred at 1 a.m., when he sustained visible injuries to his stomach. The suspect was arrested.

Overnight in the 100 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: Someone forced entry into a vehicle by breaking the door lock and took towing and vehicle unlocking equipment.

Overnight in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle by breaking the door lock and took janitorial equipment.

500 block of East McGlincy Lane: Someone forged checks from a business.

Jan. 22

7:12 a.m. at De Tracey and Rosemary: Officers located a white 1995 Chevy pickup stolen out of Modesto.

Overnight in the 1000 block of Florence Way: Someone stole a white 2006 Ford van with a ladder rack and emergency light on top.

Overnight in the 200 block of Shelley Avenue: Someone forced entry into a residence through a window and rummaged through the house. No known loss.

9:54 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 45, was contacted after he stole a phone charger and broke a display case.

Overnight in the 1000 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone stole an olive green Specialized Sirius road bike from a patio.

12:13 p.m. in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue: A 2014 Jeep stolen from Shamrock was recovered.

Overnight in the 700 block of West Valley Drive: Someone forced entry into a bank of mailboxes.

4 p.m. in the 100 block of Curtner Avenue: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole a purse.

8:30 p.m. at Hamilton and Bascom avenues: A man, 25, caused a disturbance. He was intoxicated in public with an open container and had four outstanding warrants.

8:42 a.m. at Hamilton and Salmar: A man, 33, was in the roadway and under the influence.

Overnight in the 500 block of Railway Avenue: Someone stole a 2007 black and blue Suzuki GSXR 600.

Overnight in the 1500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone forced entry into a business and stole computer tablets.

Overnight in the 1000 block of Florence Wy: Someone stole a Ski Sanger CF with a red cover.

10:36 a.m. at DeTracey and David: An officer located a red 2002 GMC Sierra stolen out of San Jose.

Overnight in the 900 block of Sharmon Palms: Someone stole the rear plate from a silver 2006 Nissan Sentra.

Overnight in the 00 block of East Campbell Avenue: Someone entered the business and damaged items.

Overnight in the 1600 block of Whitwood Lane: Someone forced entry into a bank of mailboxes.

Overnight in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone entered a vehicle and stole items.

1:30 p.m. in the 00 block of Dillon Avenue: Someone stole tools from a locked work truck.

1:09 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 55, was causing a disturbance and was too intoxicated to care for himself.

4:29 p.m. at East Hamilton Avenue and Creekside Way: A driver neglected to pull over during a vehicle enforcement stop. The suspect fled eastbound on East Hamilton Avenue toward South Bascom Avenue in a silver 2006 Mercedes.

7:45 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Winchester Boulevard:  A man, 50, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. During contact, he displayed symptoms of stimulant use. A search of his vehicle revealed a meth pipe, and the suspect had meth in his pocket.

10:29 p.m. at Harrison and Hamilton avenues: A man, 25, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found in possession of a meth pipe.

10:35 p.m. at Railway Avenue and Orchard City Drive: A man, 32, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be on searchable probation. During a search, he was found in possession of a switchblade knife.

12:03 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Darryl Drive: A man, 40, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to possess methamphetamine.

2:20 a.m. at Salmar and Hamilton avenues: A man, 32, was stopped after exiting a stolen box truck. A search of the vehicle revealed storage racks which the suspect admitted to stealing that day. Burglary tools were also located in the vehicle along with meth and a pipe. The suspect admitted to using a friend’s name to rent the truck. He was arrested and booked.

Jan. 24

1000 block of Virginia Avenue: Someone attempted to steal a 2000 Chevy pickup, damaging the ignition in the process.

Overnight in the 1000 block of Arroyo Seco Drive: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole paperwork.

Overnight in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone stole the license plate off a 2004 Yamaha R1 motorcycle.

9:40 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 41, was reported as a suspicious person, and upon contact, a meth pipe was in plain view to his side. The suspect under the influence of meth.

Overnight in the 100 block of Alder Avenue: Someone gained entry into a locked GMC Sierra and stole backpacks containing property.

Overnight in the 100 block of Echo Avenue: Someone gained entry into a Chevy Silverado and a Toyota RAV4 and ransacked them. No known loss.

Overnight in the 2100 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone drove a new-model black Ford Fusion into an underground parking lot and smashed the windows to three vehicles, stealing personal items

12:30 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Budd Avenue: A man, 40, called police to report a man with a gun. The man was driving a vehicle and was making nonsensical statements on the phone. He  was stopped, and exhibited signs of stimulant use. A meth pipe and meth were in plain view in his vehicle.
